• *Job Summary**

The Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of daily operational activities across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with multiple departments, supporting centre operations, maintaining operational records, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing basic technical support whenever required.

The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, problem\-solving abilities, and a willingness to handle both operational and support\-related responsibilities in a fast\-paced EdTech environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Operational Coordination**

• Support the day\-to\-day operational activities of the organization and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Coordinate with Academic, Marketing, HR, Admissions, Finance, and Administration teams for operational requirements.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring operational processes and internal systems.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination between branches/centres and the corporate office.
• Monitor daily operational activities and report challenges or delays to the concerned authorities.
• Support management in handling operational escalations and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain proper documentation related to operations, assets, and internal processes.

• *Administrative Support**

• Maintain operational reports, trackers, attendance records, and internal documentation.
• Assist in onboarding formalities and employee coordination activities.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and operational follow\-ups across teams.
• Ensure proper management of office supplies, inventory, and company assets.
• Support vendor coordination and follow up on maintenance/service requirements.
• Assist in organizing company activities, training sessions, and operational events.

• *IT \& Technical Assistance**

• Provide basic technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, internet connectivity, and office systems.
• Assist employees with system setup, troubleshooting, and software\-related support.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers for issue resolution.
• Maintain IT asset allocation and tracking records.
• Support installation and configuration of office systems and applications.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of office devices and infrastructure.
• Escalate major technical issues to the respective technical teams when necessary.

• *Process \& Compliance Management**

• Ensure operational activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational data and internal information.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
• Assist management in maintaining smooth and standardized operational practices across locations.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

• *Experience**

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Administration, Coordination, or Support roles preferred.
• Experience in EdTech, Education, Service Industry, or Multi\-location Operations will be an added advantage.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong operational coordination and technical support exposure are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel between centres/locations if operationally required.
• Self\-motivated, responsible, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
