Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Operations Executive to work closely with the Director and support day\-to\-day administrative, operational, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be a strong multitasker, quick learner, highly attentive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while ensuring smooth execution of tasks aligned with the Director’s priorities.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Director\-Level Coordination***
  • Work directly with the Director on daily operational and administrative matters
  • Assist in planning, execution, and follow\-up of tasks assigned by the Director
  • Act as a coordination point between the Director and internal teams
  • **Administration \& Operations***
  • Handle administrative work including documentation, records, schedules, and reports
  • Ensure smooth office operations and process coordination
  • Manage emails, internal communication, and task tracking
  • **Multitasking \& Execution***
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with accuracy and accountability
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Support decision\-making with timely data, summaries, and insights
  • **Marketing \& Business Support***
  • Provide coordination support for marketing and business initiatives
  • Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and coordination with vendors or teams
  • Support business operations related to sales, marketing, and growth initiatives

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
