Job Summary

Support daily fleet availability, vehicle readiness and driver coordination for transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle availability and allocation trackers for planned trips.
• Coordinate with drivers on reporting, trip progress and vehicle issues.
• Follow up on scheduled maintenance, breakdown updates and vehicle readiness.
• Track validity of vehicle documents and notify the responsible team of upcoming renewals.
• Prepare fleet utilisation and pending\-action reports and escalate service interruptions.

Qualifications \& Experience

Graduate preferred. Relevant experience in logistics, transportation or the role’s core function is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing time\-sensitive follow\-ups and maintaining accurate records.

Skills

Fleet tracking, driver coordination, maintenance follow\-up, record keeping and Excel.
