Job Summary

DataGrid Labs is hiring an **Operations Executive – Global Networking** to support the global operations of Al Safwan Marine, Sharjah. This role involves coordinating marine safety inspection inquiries, communicating with international clients and service partners, preparing quotations, and supporting the expansion of our global service network.

• *This is an operations and coordination role, not a target\-oriented sales position.** The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication, coordination, and relationship management skills while working closely with global clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marine safety inspection inquiries with global clients and service partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with international marine service companies.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients and partners.
• Coordinate inspection jobs with clients, agents, and service providers.
• Support business development by identifying and onboarding new global partners.
• Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and completed services.
• Assist with LinkedIn updates and digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure smooth service execution.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in **Client Communication, Sales, Business Development, Operations Coordination, or a similar role**.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Smart, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Experience in the marine, shipping, or logistics industry is an added advantage.
