• *Salary**: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate and monitor day\-to\-day logistics and transportation operations.
• Communicate with depot supervisors, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational coordination.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents, including LR, DMR\-related records, expense bills, and other transportation paperwork.
• Maintain daily operational reports, tracking sheets, and MIS records using MS Excel.
• Verify operational expenses, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Follow up on vehicle movement, delivery updates, and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of operational data.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate delays or discrepancies to the concerned team.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn logistics operations and transportation processes.
• A responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with good Excel knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, transport operations, or back\-office operations will be preferred.
