Operations Executive/Loyalty Executive/Retail Relations Executive

• Coordinate day\-to\-day mall operations and ensure smooth functioning of activities.
• Maintain effective relationships with mall tenants, retailers and store managers.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Marketing.
• Handle retailer queries, operational concerns and follow\-ups.
• Support customer loyalty programmes, membership registrations and promotional activities.
• Assist in planning and executing mall events, campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate complaint resolution.
• Maintain operational records, reports and documentation.
• Monitor service standards and ensure a positive customer and retailer experience.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
