Job Description
- Manage daily email communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain and update operational data in Excel/Google Sheets with high accuracy.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports including delivery status, pending cases, RTO, and performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries professionally through email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with field teams, transporters, and clients for smooth operations.
- Track shipments, appointments, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain documentation, logs, and audit‑ready records.
- Support management with data insights and operational dashboards.
Strong command over **Email drafting \& communication**.
Excellent **Excel skills** (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, Conditional Formatting).Experience in **MIS reporting** and data analysis.Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.Good understanding of logistics/operations (optional but preferred).Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹31,516\.26 per month
