• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive **Motor Insurance – Operations Executive** to manage day\-to\-day motor insurance operations, including premium calculations, quotation processing, policy issuance and coordination with insurance companies.

The candidate should have practical experience working on insurance company portals and a good understanding of motor insurance processes.

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

• **Premium Calculation \& Quotation Management**
• Calculate motor insurance premiums for new and renewal policies.
• Generate quotations from multiple insurance companies.
• Prepare comparative statements of premiums, coverage, add\-ons and policy benefits.
• Assist in identifying suitable and competitive insurance options for clients.
• **Policy Issuance \& Processing**
• Process motor insurance policies, including new, renewal and endorsement requests.
• Ensure accuracy of vehicle details, IDV, NCB, add\-ons and policy information.
• Coordinate documentation and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Verify issued policies before sharing them with clients.
• **Insurance Company Coordination**
• Coordinate with insurance company representatives, relationship managers and operations teams.
• Follow up on quotations, policy issuance, endorsements and pending cases.
• Resolve operational queries and ensure smooth processing of client requests.
• **Insurance Portal Management**
• Work on various insurance company portals for premium calculation, quotation generation and policy issuance.
• Maintain updated records of quotations, issued policies and renewals.
• Ensure timely processing and proper documentation.
• **Client \& Internal Coordination**
• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams.
• Provide timely updates on policy status and pending requirements.
• Maintain proper MIS and operational records.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with an insurance or finance background will be preferred.
• **1–2 years of experience in motor insurance operations is preferred.**
• Practical **knowledge of motor insurance premium calculation** and **policy issuance.**
• **Familiarity with indian insurance company portals** and online policy issuance systems.
• Good knowledge of **motor insurance products,** including comprehensive, third\-party and add\-on covers.
• Strong coordination, follow\-up and communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Salary:\- **₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month**, depending on experience, practical knowledge and suitability.
