Operations Executive

In order to fulfill the growing expectations of its expanding customer base, a classified resource for Operations is required with the following desired skill sets \& competencies:

· Coordination of all daily operational activities relating to all the investments for MAC Wealth Management.

· Generating, reviewing, analyzing, coordinating, executing \& checking portfolio trades for each and every mutual fund ensuring all procedures \& processes related to the daily operations of the fund are fully documented and updated as frequently as necessary.

· Direct responsibility \& coordination of the review of daily, weekly \& monthly reporting of the funds from operational perspective \& reporting this information to the senior management.

· Responsibility towards accurate \& timely execution of all trades including MFs, stocks/bonds in MF as well as all trade communication in MFs to the account managers, senior management or clients, as applicable. This requires cohesively working with the external constituents to ensure trade execution is accurate within the specified TAT (turn\-around\-time)

· Should be serving as a focal point for the project to automate functions related to the daily coordination of the downloads, reconciliation, trading and trade reconciliation for the MFs.

· Should have a demonstrated expertise in handling similar trades through automated software in high pressure multi\-priority environments.

· Act as a primary customer resource for calls, e\-mails, and voice mails.

· Working closely with the entire Wealth Management Team to coordinate development of processes \& procedures as well as to coordinate day to day activities.

· Responsible for quickly addressing \& troubleshooting potential issues with the MF accounts before the submission of the trade to the custodian in order to ensure the “within\-TAT resolution” of such challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
