- *Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Operations Executive** to manage day\-to\-day operational activities across Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Fixed Deposits. The role involves transaction processing, client onboarding, documentation, operational coordination, CRM management, reporting, and client servicing. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, Relationship Managers, and financial institutions to ensure timely and error\-free execution of operational processes.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding \& Documentation**
- Coordinate end\-to\-end client onboarding and account opening processes.
- Handle client onboarding and regulatory documentation for financial products, including KYC, CKYC, Aadhaar verification, and other relevant processes.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of client records before processing.
- *Mutual Fund Operations**
- Manage end\-to\-end operational activities across Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
- Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions to ensure the timely and accurate execution of transactions and service requests.
- Maintain operational records, documentation, CRM updates, and internal trackers in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor transaction and service request status, follow up on pending cases, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support policy issuance, renewals, maturity processing, and other operational servicing activities.
- *Client Service \& Coordination**
- Communicate transaction confirmations and operational updates to clients and Relationship Managers.
- Follow up on pending documents and operational requirements.
- Assist in resolving transaction\-related queries and operational escalations while maintaining a high standard of client service.
- *Reporting \& Operational Support**
- Maintain operational MIS, CRM records, and transaction trackers.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks and adherence to internal turnaround times.
- *Front Desk \& Administrative Support**
- Assist walk\-in clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and direct client enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain visitor records and support front\-office coordination whenever required.

- *Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- *Experience**
- 0–1 years of experience in Operations, Financial Services, Banking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, or related industries.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Mutual Fund operations and back office tasks
- NISM VA Certification.
- Familiarity with KYC/CKYC processes and financial documentation.
