• *About the Role**

Aakash Fertility Centre \& Hospital is seeking an accomplished and strategic healthcare professional for the position of **Operations Head** to lead and strengthen overall hospital operations. The role demands a seasoned leader with extensive experience in healthcare administration, operational excellence, patient\-centric service delivery, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across clinical and non\-clinical departments while driving operational efficiency, quality standards, patient satisfaction, and organizational growth initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for complete hospital operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all clinical, administrative, and support service departments.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, quality initiatives, and performance management.
• Monitor and improve patient experience, service delivery standards, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, safety protocols, and healthcare policies.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, medical teams, nursing leadership, HR, finance, and support functions.
• Lead manpower planning, workforce productivity, and staff performance management initiatives.
• Manage hospital administration, facility operations, biomedical waste management, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, procurement, and cost optimization strategies.
• Handle crisis management, operational escalations, and risk mitigation effectively.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), MBA – Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in hospital operations and healthcare administration.
• Proven leadership experience in multispecialty hospitals, fertility centres, or corporate healthcare environments.
• Strong exposure to NABH accreditation processes and healthcare quality standards preferred.
