- *Head of Operations – Research, Data \& Technology Services**
This is a mission\-critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimising global operations across research, data analytics, and technology service lines.
The Head of Operations will ensure seamless delivery, operational agility, and client satisfaction—especially during high\-pressure, peak\-demand situations.
The ideal candidate must be a strategic executor, capable of managing complex, multi\-country operations while maintaining flexibility to meet the dynamic needs of overseas clients.
- 1\. Global Operations Leadership:*
- Lead and manage end\-to\-end operations across research, data, and technology verticals.
- Build and scale delivery frameworks that support global project execution and client engagement.
- Ensure operational readiness and responsiveness to client needs across time zones.
- 2\. Peak Situation \& Crisis Management:*
- Act as the central command during high\-stakes or peak delivery periods.
- Implement contingency plans and rapid\-response protocols to ensure business continuity.
- Maintain composure and decision\-making clarity under pressure.
- 3\. Delivery Excellence \& Quality Control:*
- Drive consistent, high\-quality delivery across all service lines.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- 4\. Cross\-Functional \& Global Team Management:*
- Lead and mentor cross\-functional teams across geographies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Align team capabilities with evolving client and market demands.
- 5\. Client \& Stakeholder Engagement:*
- Serve as a senior escalation point for global clients.
- Collaborate with business development, sales, and client success teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Translate client feedback into operational improvements.
- 6\. Governance, Risk \& Compliance:*
- Ensure compliance with international data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks across regions and service lines.
- Maintain robust documentation and audit readiness.
- Bachelor’s / Master degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 10\+ years of experience in operations leadership roles within research, analytics, or IT services.
- Proven experience managing global delivery teams and high\-pressure client engagements.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, data platforms, and technology project life cycles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow.
- Exposure to working with clients in Finance, Healthcare, Technology, or Government sectors.
- Multilingual capabilities and cross\-cultural management experience.
