• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to manage the end\-to\-end operations of our RMC trading and supply business. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, customers and logistics partners to ensure smooth procurement, order processing and timely delivery of RMC.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end RMC supply and delivery operations.
• Coordinate with RMC manufacturing plants and suppliers for procurement, rates and material availability.
• Plan and monitor customer orders and daily delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with transporters, transit mixer operators and site teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor order execution, delivery commitments and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Monitor procurement costs, transportation expenses and operational margins.
• Handle customer complaints, delivery issues and operational escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and other internal departments.
• Prepare and review operational MIS reports and ensure smooth daily operations.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies**

• Experience in RMC operations, procurement or construction materials trading.
• Strong vendor and customer coordination skills.
• Good planning, negotiation and team management abilities.
• Focus on timely delivery, cost control and operational efficiency.

• *Preferred Experience**

Candidates with experience in RMC supply, trading, distribution or construction materials operations will be preferred. Experience in handling multiple suppliers and large\-volume RMC orders will be an added advantage.
