operations Lead (PCC)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead with expertise in Policy and Charging Control (PCC) solutions, including OCS/CCS, PCRF, and DPI platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, application deployment, service availability, incident management, customer support, and performance optimization of real\-time charging and policy control systems. Key Responsibilities **Manage day\-to\-day operations of PCC platforms, including OCS, CCS, PCRF, and DPI.** Ensure high availability and performance of real\-time charging and policy systems. **Monitor network traffic, subscriber sessions, charging transactions, and policy enforcement.** Analyse charging and policy\-related service issues impacting subscribers. **Support product deployments, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.** Perform RCA for service outages and implement preventive actions. **Coordinate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer teams.** Drive SLA compliance and customer satisfaction. **Prepare operational dashboards and service reports.** Lead customer escalations and provide technical resolutions. **Lead and manage the reporting team by allocating work, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful execution of project deliverables. Required Skills \& Experience** Telecom Knowledge o Strong understanding of PCC architecture. o Hands\-on experience with: ▪ OCS (Online Charging System) ▪ CCS (Converged Charging System) ▪ PCRF/PCF ▪ DPI Platforms ▪ Subscriber Policy Management **Protocol Knowledge o Diameter ( Gy, Gx, Sy, Rx, Ro ) o HTTP/REST APIs o LDAP o Radius** Network Knowledge o 3G / 4G LTE / 5G Core o EPC Architecture o Charging \& Billing Concepts o Subscriber Lifecycle Management **Preferred Skills o Kubernetes o Docker o Linux Administration Tayana Mobility Technologies Pvt Ltd o MySQL/PostgreSQL o Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix Education** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
