Key Responsibilities

1\. Daily Operations Management

• Manage domestic and international courier operations.
• Monitor daily pickups, dispatches, transit and deliveries.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain service quality.
• Monitor shipment tracking and delivery performance.

2\. Team Management

• Manage branch managers, hub supervisors, delivery staff and operations executives.
• Set daily targets and monitor employee performance.
• Conduct regular operational review meetings.

3\. Customer Service

• Handle escalated customer complaints.
• Ensure timely resolution of missing, delayed and damaged shipments.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention.

4\.. MIS \& Performance Monitoring

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor delivery percentage, pending shipments, RTO and customer complaints.
• Control operational expenses and improve profitability

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
