At Inddig Media Pvt. Ltd., we're looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and leadership to our growing digital marketing team.

If you can successfully manage SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, client communication, and cross\-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time and with exceptional quality, we'd love to connect.

What You'll Do

Lead SEO, Social Media \& Website Development teams

Ensure smooth project execution from planning to delivery

Coordinate with clients and maintain high satisfaction levels

Improve workflows, SOPs, and team productivity

Monitor deadlines, quality, and project performance

Resolve operational challenges and keep projects on track

What We're Looking For

Experience managing digital marketing operations

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and client\-handling abilities
