Hiring\- Operations Manager
Location: Multiple Properties (Frequent Travel Required)
Reporting To: Director
We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations, revenue performance, compliance, maintenance, and staffing of multiple hotel properties. The role requires extensive travel between properties to ensure operational excellence, profitability, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
Monitor and supervise day\-to\-day operations across all assigned properties.
Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, Maintenance, and other operational departments.
Implement and maintain company SOPs and operational standards.
Drive operational efficiency and service quality improvements.
Conduct regular operational audits across all properties.
Evaluate Front Office Managers and operational teams on performance, compliance, and guest service standards.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and brand standards.
Submit audit findings and improvement plans to management.
Manage recruitment and manpower planning for assigned properties.
Conduct interviews and finalize hiring in coordination with HR and management.
Identify training requirements and support employee development initiatives.
Monitor employee performance and recommend disciplinary or reward actions where required.
Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors and service providers.
Oversee procurement activities and ensure cost\-effective purchasing.
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance regularly.
Ensure timely availability of operational supplies and materials.
Maintenance \& Facility Management
Conduct routine inspections of properties for maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed on time.
Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for property upkeep.
Monitor cleanliness and presentation standards across all guest and back\-office areas.
Financial \& Cost Control
Monitor property expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
Review operational expenditures and procurement costs regularly.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5\-8 years of experience in hotel operations management.
Multi\-property management experience preferred.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, audits, procurement, and team management.
