Operations Manager/Event Manager

Zingo Kids is a new indoor kids' play zone and birthday\-party venue in Thane West — soft play, trampolines, ninja course, café, and parties.

• *Responsibilities**

• Manage all incoming birthday enquiries, scout for new leads, and close them
• Own birthday parties end\-to\-end — bookings, setup, hosting, vendors
• Enforce safety, child\-safety, hygiene, and SOP standards
• Handle guest experience, complaints, and incident reporting
• Oversee café coordination, stock, and daily cash reconciliation
• Share daily reports
• Manage daily operations — opening/closing, staff rosters, floor supervision
• Lead and train the team

• *Requirements**

• 2–4 years in operations, events, hospitality, or F\&B (kids/entertainment a plus)
• Strong people management and problem\-solving
• Warm with kids and parents; calm under pressure
• Available on weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable with POS/billing and basic reporting

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
