Operations Manager

• *Job Summary:**

The Operations Manager will oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the gaming and entertainment facility, ensuring a high level of service, efficiency, and profitability. This role requires a dynamic leader with excellent management skills and a deep understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Operational Management:**

• Oversee all aspects of the facility’s operations, including gaming areas, entertainment zones, food and beverage services, and retail spaces.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• *Team Leadership:**

• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of employees, including supervisors and frontline staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

• *Customer Experience:**

• Monitor and enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer service and operational excellence.

• *Facility Management:**

• Ensure the facility is well\-maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to address any operational issues promptly.
• Oversee the procurement and management of supplies, equipment, and inventory.

• *Event Management:**

• Plan and execute events, promotions, and activities to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Monitor the success of events and make recommendations for improvements.

• *Vendor and Stakeholder Relations:**

• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align operational goals with broader business objectives.

• *Qualifications:**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the gaming and entertainment industry or a similar fast\-paced environment.

• *Skills:**

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000\.00 per month
