Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to manage our bakery operations efficiently.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily bakery operations and production.
- Manage staff, inventory, and raw materials.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor operational costs and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- *Requirements:** Relevant bakery industry experience, strong leadership, problem\-solving, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
