IIO Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has handled defense projects and can manage end\-to\-end execution of strategic programs. The candidate should have experience in coordinating with engineering teams, defense customers, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
Experience in defense, aerospace, UAV, anti\-drone, electronics, or strategic projects will be preferred.
- Manage execution of defense and strategic projects from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, testing, and deployment teams.
- Monitor project timelines, operational activities, and resource planning.
- Handle communication with defense customers, government agencies, and OEM partners.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.
- Support testing, deployment, installation, and field operations.
- Maintain project reports, operational documentation, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material and equipment availability.
- Identify operational risks and resolve project execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with defense/security procedures and organizational policies.
- Experience handling defense or strategic sector projects.
- Basic understanding of defense systems, UAVs, anti\-drone systems, electronics, or surveillance systems.
- Strong project coordination and operations management skills.
- Knowledge of project planning, execution, and reporting.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross\-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ERP/MS Project/SAP/JIRA will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Management, or related field.
- PMP/Project Management certification preferred.
