• *Position: Operations Manager – Industrial Coatings \& Corrosion Control**

• *1\. Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle industrial coating and corrosion protection projects across India.

The candidate should have hands\-on experience in industrial epoxy, PU paints and anti\-corrosion coatings, along with the ability to independently manage site teams and complete projects on time.

• *2\. Key Responsibilities**

• Manage industrial coating, rust removal and corrosion protection projects.
• Supervise surface preparation, grinding, epoxy and PU coating applications.
• Ensure correct coating thickness (DFT), quality and application standards.
• Manage site teams, contractors, manpower and materials.
• Handle multiple project sites across India.
• Conduct site inspections and identify suitable coating solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, plant maintenance and engineering teams.
• Plan project schedules, manpower and material requirements.
• Maintain site reports, daily progress updates and quality records.
• Ensure proper project completion and handover to clients.

3\. Required Experience \& Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial epoxy, PU and anti\-corrosion coatings.
• Good knowledge of coating applications, surface preparation and DFT.
• Experience managing industrial projects and site teams independently.
• Good communication skills and willingness to travel across India

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
