Operations Manager

• *Job Summary:**

The Operations Manager will assist the Director in overseeing and managing day\-to\-day operations across the **real estate, construction, and logistics sectors**. The role requires strategic planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects across industries simultaneously.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the Director in planning, coordinating, and managing overall operations in real estate, construction, and logistics.
• Monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational activities.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, and procurement departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and provide strategic solutions to the Director.

• *Qualifications and Skills:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in real estate, construction, or logistics.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint and project management software.
• Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹420,000\.00 per year
