Operations Manager

• Responsible for the smooth operations of the hospital.
• Ensure that the quality of medical care and services are meeting the hospital’s overall goals and mission.
• Evaluation of profit and loss statement and implementation of appropriate revenue improvement and cost saving measures.
• Introduction and incorporation of new strategies to improve the revenue and income of the hospital.
• Responsible for improving overall quality of the hospital operations and to prepare the hospital for various accreditations.
• Responsible for overall safety of patients and staff inside the hospital and also should update and implement best hospital safety practices.
• Will be responsible to maintain the patient satisfaction at 100%
• Ensure good relationship with physicians and non clinical departments.
• Must ensure smooth functioning of all diagnostic services.
• Responsible to maintain zero time delay in all services.
• Ensure 100% legal compliances and discharge legal responsibilities pertaining to the hospital.
• Will be responsible for successful EMR implementation.
• Update on technology and health care practices and communicate the same to the higher authorities for the up\-gradation of our services.
• Will be responsible for maximum utilisation of outsourced services.
• Facilitate data driven decision making which leads to meaning full actions.
• Responsible for continuous process improvement for better operational results.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month

Education

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience

• Operations management: 8 years (Preferred)
