Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager – Civil to oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, client coordination, and successful completion of projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role requires extensive site visits and strong leadership skills to manage both ongoing and newly awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple construction sites across different locations.
• Lead the mobilization, planning, and execution of newly awarded projects.
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely completion as per project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide technical and operational guidance to project teams.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, manpower deployment, and productivity.
• Prepare and review project reports, DPRs, progress updates, and client submissions.
• Ensure proper resource allocation across all sites for smooth project execution.
• Support business growth through effective client relationship management and project delivery.

Required Skills \& CompetenciesTechnical Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other construction/project management software.
• Good understanding of quantity estimation, planning, scheduling, and project execution.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards in construction projects.

Management Skills

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.

Communication Skills

• Excellent communication and client\-handling skills.
• Fluency in **English, Hindi, and Gujarati** (spoken and written).
• Ability to conduct meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum **10–15 years of experience** in construction project management and site operations.
• Civil Engineering qualification (Degree/Diploma).
• Proven experience in managing multiple construction sites and teams.
• Experience in both structural and finishing works.
• Willingness to travel extensively and visit project sites regularly.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable with frequent travel.
• Strong professional attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
