Operations Manager

• *Job Description**

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and responsible **Operations Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our security services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, coordinating with field officers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of security operations across all assigned sites.

The candidate must be willing to travel to client locations and conduct regular day and night site inspections to ensure service quality and operational standards.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Recruit and hire security guards according to operational requirements.
• Conduct induction programmes, orientation, and training sessions for newly recruited security guards.
• Coordinate with Field Officers to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.
• Manage and monitor security guards deployed at various client locations.
• Conduct regular day and night site visits and inspections to monitor attendance, discipline, performance, and service quality.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements, address complaints, and maintain strong business relationships.
• Ensure adequate manpower availability and arrange replacements whenever required.
• Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, duty rosters, and deployment.
• Handle operational issues and take immediate corrective action when necessary.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• *Requirements and Qualifications**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in security services, facility management, or operations management is preferred.
• Must possess a valid two\-wheeler driving licence.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and security sites as required.
• Flexibility to conduct both day and night site inspections.
• Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
