We are looking for an experienced, hands\-on \*Operations Manager\* to oversee our houseboats, resort, guest services, and transport operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of daily operations, lead the team, control costs, and consistently deliver premium hospitality.

\*Key Responsibilities\*

\- Manage daily houseboat, resort, and transport operations.

\- Lead staff, plan duty schedules, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

\- Coordinate with sales and reservations to ensure seamless bookings, check\-ins, and guest services.

\- Track bookings, occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.

\- Control operational expenses and oversee supplies, upkeep, and timely maintenance.

\- Resolve guest complaints and operational issues promptly.

\- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

\- Submit daily operational reports and performance updates to management.

\*What We’re Looking For\*

\- Minimum \*4 years of experience in hospitality or tourism operations\*.

\- Experience in resort, houseboat, or premium hospitality operations preferred.

\- Strong leadership, team management, and problem\-solving skills.

\- Good communication skills in \*English, Malayalam and Hindi\*.

\- Ability to manage operations independently and take responsibility for results.
