Solace Hospital, Kakkanad is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage Purchasing, Transport, and Kitchen Operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations, cost efficiency, quality standards, and effective coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement and purchasing activities, including vendor coordination and inventory control Oversee transportation services, vehicle scheduling, and logistics operations Supervise kitchen operations to ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely meal delivery Monitor operational budgets and control costs effectively Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and quality standards Coordinate with department heads to improve operational efficiency Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management Handle vendor negotiations and service agreements Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in procurement, logistics, transport, or facility management Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems
