Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Operations Manager** to oversee and manage the day\-to\-day operations of our mental health and wellness firm.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the mental health or healthcare industry, along with strong operational, administrative, team coordination, and client management skills. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, improving operational efficiency, coordinating with mental health professionals, and maintaining a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day\-to\-day operations of the organisation.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with psychologists, counsellors, therapists, and other professionals.
• Manage client operations, appointment scheduling, and service delivery.
• Monitor client enquiries, follow\-ups, bookings, and conversion processes.
• Supervise and coordinate administrative and client support teams.
• Ensure efficient utilisation of resources and timely completion of operational tasks.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to organisational policies.
• Handle operational issues and resolve client\-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain operational reports, records, databases, and performance metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure client confidentiality and compliance with organisational standards.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in operations management.
• **Prior experience in the mental health, psychological counselling, healthcare, or wellness industry is strongly preferred.**
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of operational planning and process management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and operational management tools.
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism and confidentiality.
