• *Operations Manager – Textile Dyeing \& Printing**

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Operations Manager** to oversee overall plant operations, including textile dyeing, printing, finishing, utilities, maintenance and quality. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, improving operational efficiency, controlling costs, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining safety and statutory compliance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day plant operations covering dyeing, printing, finishing and packing.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor machine utilisation, production efficiency and manpower productivity.
• Oversee utilities including boiler, thermic fluid heater, ETP, RO, compressed air and power.
• Control consumption of steam, power, water, dyes and chemicals.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and minimise machine breakdowns.
• Ensure quality control, shade consistency and reduction in reprocessing and rejection.
• Monitor production costs, wastage and inventory levels.
• Lead production, maintenance, utility and quality teams.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with environmental and statutory regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and drive continuous improvement.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in textile dyeing and printing / wet processing.
• Strong technical knowledge of dyeing, printing and finishing processes.
• Hands\-on experience in plant operations and utility management.
• Knowledge of boiler, ETP, water treatment and maintenance operations.
• Good understanding of production planning, cost control and quality management.
• Strong leadership, problem\-solving and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Excel, MIS and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, TPM and Kaizen will be an added advantage.

• *Preferred Candidate**

• Candidates currently working as Assistant Manager / Manager / Operations Manager in textile processing units.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Gujarati preferred.
