Operations Manager

KRA for Operations / Project Manager \- Construction at Thikedaar Dot Com:

**1\. Project Planning \& ExecutionEnd\-to\-end Project Ownership**

• Responsible for planning, execution, and on\-time delivery of all assigned residential / commercial projects.
• Timeline \& Budget: Create project schedule, BOQ tracking, and ensure 95%\+ on\-time and within\-budget delivery.
• Resource Allocation: Plan manpower, material, and machinery as per project requirement.

• *2\. Operations ManagementProcess Implementation:**

• Implement SOPs of Thikedaar Dot Com for site execution, reporting, and client communication.
• Cost Control: Monitor project cost, reduce wastage, and control variance vs. BOQ.
• Vendor \& Contractor Management: Onboarding, negotiation, and performance evaluation of thekedars, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• *3\. Site \& Quality ManagementQuality Assurance:**

• Ensure quality checks at every stage \- structure, finishing, MEP as per company checklist.
• Site Visits: Regular site audits and surprise checks.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and zero\-accident compliance.

• *4\. Team LeadershipTeam Handling:**

• Manage team of Project Engineers, Finishing Engineers, Foremen, and QC.
• Performance \& Training: KRA setting, weekly reviews, and skill training for site staff.

• *5\. Client \& Stakeholder Management Client Satisfaction:**

• Single point of contact for client updates, weekly progress reports, photos/videos, and issue resolution.
• Coordination: Liaise between client, architect, structural consultant, and internal team.
• NPS: Maintain high client rating and handle escalations.

• *6\. Reporting \& Tech AdoptionReporting:**

• Daily Progress Report (DPR), material consumption, and budget reports on company app / system.
• Technology: Ensure 100% adoption of Thikedaar Dot Com's tech platform for project tracking.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹59,000\.00 per month
