Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Collection Operations Manager** with a strong background in BPO collections to lead and manage collection operations, drive business performance, and achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end collection operations for BPO processes.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate collection teams to achieve business targets.
• Monitor collection performance, productivity, recovery rates, and operational KPIs.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery and reduce delinquency.
• Manage team performance, quality, compliance, and customer escalations.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall business perfor

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum **10 years of experience** in BPO collections.
• Proven experience in managing collection operations and large teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of collection strategies, performance metrics, and process management.
• Ability to achieve business targets and manage client relationships.

Compensation \& Benefits

• **CTC:** ₹15,00,000 – ₹20,00,000 per annum.
