We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Operations Manager** to lead and oversee all hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

• *Position Summary**

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of hotel’s core departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, IT, Security, and Guest Services. The role requires a proactive leader who can drive operational excellence, enhance guest satisfaction, optimize costs, and build high\-performing teams while ensuring the hotel’s profitability and reputation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Hotel Operations Management**

· Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, Security, Engineering, and Guest Services.

· Ensure all departments operate efficiently and in line with hotel standards and SOPs.

· Monitor service quality to maintain a superior guest experience.

· Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities.

• *Team Leadership \& Service Excellence**

· Lead, mentor and develop department heads and operational teams.

· Conduct performance appraisals, coaching sessions, and training programs.

· Ensure appropriate staffing levels and workforce productivity.

• *Financial \& revenue Management**

· Assist preparing and managing departmental budgets.

· Monitor operational expenses and implement cost\-control measures.

· Collaborate with sales \& Marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.

· Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• *Compliance \& Quality Assurance**

· Compliance with hotel policies, local regulations, health and safety standards.

· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the property.

· Ensure adherence to brand and hospitality quality standards.

• *Facilities \& Asset Management**

· Ensure hotel facilities, guest rooms, public areas, and equipments are maintained to the highest standards.

· Monitor vendor performance and manage service contracts effectively.

· Optimize asset utilization and protect hotel property investments.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

· MBA or Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management.

· Minimum 6\-9 years of hospitality experience in a Managerial role.

· Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services standards.

· Knowledge of hospitality software and revenue management systems.
