Operations Manager – Mirai Diagnostics Centre

• *Job Summary**

Mirai Diagnostics Centre is looking for a dynamic, results\-driven Operations Manager to lead overall business performance, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. The role reports directly to the CEO and carries end\-to\-end accountability for the centre’s performance and P\&L.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Drive overall business performance, revenue growth, profitability, and P\&L.
• Oversee daily operations, service quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and drive the Business Development team to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Build a high\-performance team and ensure accountability across functions.

• *Requirements**

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the diagnostics industry.
• Strong experience in directly managing P\&L and driving business performance.
• Prior experience leading a Business Development team and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and people leadership capabilities.
• Ability to drive growth, profitability and operational excellence.

• *Ideal Candidate:** A business\-oriented leader with strong diagnostics experience, a proven track record of P\&L ownership, and the ability to drive measurable business results.
