Operations Officer

Rocket Loans is Recur Club's unsecured business loan program for Indian SMEs: tickets of ₹10 L to ₹2 Cr matched to 10\+ lenders, including Bajaj Finserv, Godrej Capital, Credit Saison and Poonawalla Fincorp. As Operations Officer you own every deal from "ready to ship" to "disbursed".

Lenders judge us by the quality of what we log in, so this seat decides our disbursals and our reputation.

What you will do

Pick up ready\-to\-ship deals from Sales and log them with lenders within 1 working day.

Check every file against the lender checklist, confirm the FI address and flag red flags to Credit.

Get CIBIL, GST, bank and e\-consents done, including co\-applicants.

Close lender pendencies within 24 hours; escalate silent customers to Sales the same day. Schedule PD, FI and FCU visits, chase decisions and log every rejection reason in AICA.

Take sanctioned deals to disbursal within 7 working days.

Post a daily pipeline update by 11 AM and a weekly TAT report.

What we are looking for

1–4 years in business\-loan operations with a bank, NBFC or DSA

Hands\-on with lender portals or RMs at two or more of Bajaj Finserv, Godrej Capital, Credit Saison, Poonawalla, IDFC First, Aditya Birla, DMI, InCred, Indifi

Reads CIBIL/CRIF reports and bank statements; good with Excel or Sheets Clear

persistent on the phone in Hindi and English Graduate (B.Com preferred)

never edits or arranges a customer document

Good to have: loan origination system or CRM experience (AICA a plus), DLOD products, lender RM relationships in Delhi NCR.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
