We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Operations Team Member to join our Commercial Operations team within the Wholesale Banking Group (WBG). The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying legal documentation, maintaining operational records, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate will be involved in end\-to\-end documentation verification, collateral and limit maintenance, insurance policy coordination, and post\-disbursement tracking. The role also includes liaison with auditors, MIS reporting, and coordination with various internal teams for seamless operational execution.

• *ey Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day operations related to Working Capital products such as:

+ Cash Credit (CC)

+ Overdraft (OD)

+ Bank Guarantees (BG)

+ Letter of Credit (LC)

+ Bills Discounting/Purchase

+ Supply Chain Finance products

• Ensure timely processing, servicing, and maintenance of all working capital facilities.
• Monitor operational risk, compliance, audit observations, and regulatory adherence.
• Review and authorize transactions within delegated authority limits.
• Coordinate with Business, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Branch Operations teams for smooth execution of transactions.
• Drive process efficiency, productivity enhancement, and automation initiatives.
• Handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders and ensure prompt resolution.
• Track service delivery metrics, TAT adherence, and operational controls.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, management reports, and business performance reviews.
• Support internal, concurrent, and external audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
• Lead, guide, and develop a team of officers/executives to achieve operational excellence.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
• 6\-10 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations with exposure to Working Capital Operations.
• Strong understanding of CC/OD, BG, LC, Trade Finance, and collateral management.
• Knowledge of RBI guidelines, operational risk, and banking regulations.
• Effective stakeholder management and people management skills.
• Proficiency in core banking systems and MS Excel.
