About the Role

Success Scholar is looking for a proactive and energetic Operations \& Telecalling Executive to manage student inquiries, follow up with leads, coordinate daily operations, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Explain course offerings, internship programs, and training services.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow\-ups, and student interactions.
• Coordinate with the operations team for batch scheduling, documentation, and student onboarding.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities.
• Ensure a positive experience for students throughout the enrollment process.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

• **Fixed Salary:** ₹7,000 per month
• **Performance Incentive:** Up to ₹5,000 per month based on sales closures and target achievement
• **Total Earning Potential:** ₹12,000 per month
