Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic OPT Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and F\-1 visa candidates for various IT positions across the United States. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build candidate relationships, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Source qualified OPT/CPT candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, job boards, and university networks.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of entry\-level IT candidates.

Coordinate interviews with clients, vendors, and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and provide timely updates.

Develop relationships with universities, training institutes, and candidate communities.

Stay updated on US immigration basics, including OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and H\-1B processes.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while ensuring quality submissions.

Qualifications \& Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in OPT Recruitment or US IT Recruitment; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Strong verbal and written English communication.

Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast\-paced US staffing environment with strong organizational and time\-management skills.
