Job Title: OPT Recruiters

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience: 4 – 5 Years

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. If you have strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting OPT candidates and are passionate about recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit genuine OPT candidates across various technologies

Screen candidates based on technical skills and visa status

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants

Coordinate interviews and client interactions

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to facilitate placements

Required Skills

4–5 years of experience in OPT Recruitment

Strong knowledge of US IT Staffing

Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Indeed

Good understanding of US work visas (OPT, CPT, H1B, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
