Job Description

Techlance IT Inc. is looking for an experienced and motivated OPT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing OPT candidates, recruiting IT professionals, and managing the complete recruitment and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Source OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and other eligible work\-authorized IT candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment networks.
• Identify and recruit candidates for various IT positions based on client and project requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Collect and verify candidate documents required for onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure timely submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of onboarding formalities.
• Work closely with the recruitment and bench sales teams to meet hiring targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in OPT recruitment or US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, and other relevant US work authorization categories.
• Experience sourcing IT candidates for different technical requirements.
• Knowledge of US IT job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and meet recruitment targets.
• Willingness to work onsite in Hydernagar, Hyderabad, during US night shift hours.
