Job Description

We are looking for an experienced **Oracle Architect** with 10\+ years of experience in database architecture, administration, performance optimization, and automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle databases along with hands\-on experience in MariaDB, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Ansible.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable database solutions, ensuring high availability, optimizing performance, and implementing database automation and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high\-performance database architectures.
• Manage and optimize Oracle databases, ensuring availability, security, and data integrity.
• Work with MariaDB and MySQL for database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Manage MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases as required.
• Implement database automation using Ansible.
• Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain database backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high\-availability strategies.
• Perform database migrations, upgrades, patching, and capacity planning.
• Establish database standards, best practices, and security policies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable database operations.

Required Skills

• **Oracle Database:** Strong expertise in Oracle database architecture and administration.
• **MariaDB \& MySQL:** Hands\-on experience in database management, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• **MongoDB:** Working experience with NoSQL database management.
• **PostgreSQL:** Experience in administration, optimization, and maintenance.
• **Ansible:** Experience in automation, configuration management, and database operations.
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning, backup and recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

• 10\+ years of relevant experience in database technologies and architecture.
• Strong hands\-on experience with Oracle and other databases mentioned above.
• Ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure database solutions.
• Willingness to visit the Bangalore office 1–2 days per month.

Pay: ₹130,000\.00 \- ₹140,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
