Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Oracle Fusion Demand Planning SME** with strong functional expertise in **Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Finance**.

The ideal candidate should have **10\+ years of Oracle Supply Chain Planning experience, 5\+ years of hands\-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience, and at least 2 end\-to\-end Oracle Fusion Demand Planning implementations**.

This role requires a highly experienced functional consultant who can independently lead solution design, guide implementation roadmaps, manage business requirements, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Planning implementations.
• Provide SME\-level functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Supply Chain Planning.
• Manage implementation activities from solution readiness, requirement gathering, and design through testing, deployment, and go\-live.
• Design and optimize Demand Planning processes aligned with business requirements.
• Work on cross\-functional integrations involving SCM, Procurement, and Finance modules.
• Conduct business process mapping, fit\-gap analysis, solution design, and process improvements.
• Define implementation roadmaps and provide independent functional leadership.
• Support change management, user adoption, and business transformation initiatives.
• Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for integrations, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Provide functional support during UAT, deployment, go\-live, and post\-production stabilization.
• Present solution recommendations and project updates to director\-level stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills \& Experience

• **10\+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning.**
• **5\+ years of hands\-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.**
• **Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Planning.**
• **Minimum 2 full\-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Demand Planning implementations (readiness to go\-live).**
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM, Procurement, and Finance integrations.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Working knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and change management experience.
• Ability to work independently and provide SME\-level functional guidance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership and director\-level stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be capable of independently leading functional discussions and solution decisions.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
