Job Description

We are seeking an experienced **Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead/Architect** with 10\+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in **end\-to\-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations**. The candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions while collaborating closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills and have hands\-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical components, integrations, reporting, analytics, Redwood UI/UX, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
• Define overall solution architecture and technical strategy.
• Collaborate with Functional Leads and business stakeholders to design scalable HCM solutions.
• Design and develop Oracle Fusion HCM customizations and extensions.
• Build and support integrations using:
• OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• HSDL
• Fast Formula
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and Dashboards.
• Design modern Redwood UI/UX components and user experiences.
• Implement workflow automation and approval processes.
• Perform data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical solutions.
• Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to Oracle best practices.
• Support project governance, architecture reviews, and client discussions.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹3,500,000\.00 per year
