• *About the Role**

Looking for an experienced **Oracle WebLogic Administrator / Consultant** with strong expertise in installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, upgrades and performance tuning of Oracle WebLogic Server.

The ideal candidate should have excellent technical troubleshooting abilities, strong analytical skills and experience handling critical customer escalations.

• *Key Responsibilities \& Required Skills**

• ·Install, configure and administer Oracle WebLogic Server.
• · Work on WebLogic architecture, clustering and domain configurations.
• · Troubleshoot complex WebLogic server issues and provide effective resolutions.
• · Perform WebLogic upgrades, patching and maintenance activities.
• · Monitor and optimize WebLogic server performance through performance tuning.
• · Manage WebLogic server components and monitoring activities.
• · Work with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 11g/12c/13c.
• · Manage escalated technical issues and develop appropriate action plans.
• · Coordinate with Development and Support teams to resolve technical challenges.
• · Identify opportunities for proactive customer support and service improvements.
• · Demonstrate strong understanding of support processes and customer management.

• *Required Experience \& Qualifications**

• · Minimum 7\+ years of experience as an Oracle WebLogic Administrator, Consultant or Support Engineer.
• · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• · Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• · Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• · Ability to work in a 24×7 support environment.
• · Flexibility to travel as per business requirements.

• *Good to Have Skills**

• · Oracle WebLogic / SOA / OCI certifications.
• · Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and container technologies.
• · Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 11g/12c/13c.

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
