Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive ORM Executive to manage the company's online reputation, monitor customer reviews and ensure timely, professional responses across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, the ability to handle customer feedback professionally and experience with online review platforms and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, brand mentions and feedback across Google Reviews, Zomato, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Respond to positive and negative reviews professionally and within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and Marketing teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Maintain daily review trackers and prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer feedback, ratings and brand sentiment.
• Identify recurring customer complaints and share insights with the relevant teams for corrective action.
• Monitor competitor reviews and online reputation trends.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across digital platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, review management, social media management or customer service.
• Strong written communication and professional response\-writing skills.
• Familiarity with Google Reviews, Zomato, Facebook and Instagram.
• Ability to handle negative feedback calmly and coordinate resolutions.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is an advantage.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in hospitality, restaurants, QSR, food and beverage, entertainment, retail or customer\-facing businesses will be preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days are preferred.
