• *About the Role:**

As a Outreach Specialist (Sales), you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking therapy. Your core responsibility is to create a warm, professional bridge between clients and therapists— ensuring clear communication, timely coordination, and an empathetic onboarding experience.

• *Role Requirements :**

Education: Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree **Experience (good to have): (good to have): Minimum 1 year in experience in outbound/inbound sales, client coordination, or business development, dealing with service sales for International is a plus.** Language Skills (must have): Excellent English (written \& spoken); regional language fluency is a plus.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

Serve as the first line of communication for clients reaching out via phone, email, or web forms **Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, or other platforms** Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and introducing relevant services **Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions between clients and therapists** Ensure all client documentation and intake records are updated and maintained accurately **Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and follow\-ups** Assist in tracking basic metrics like follow\-ups, session status, and engagement **Proactively contribute to creating a calm, welcoming environment at the centre**

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹33,766\.70 per month
