Roles \& Responsibilities: \- Handle outbound sales calls with Australian customers \- Promote services related to Electricity \& Gas, NBN, Health Insurance, Solar \& VEU Programs \- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions \- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication \- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets \- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates \- Follow company sales process and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria: \- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass \- Freshers are welcome to apply \- Prior BPO or sales experience will be an added advantage \- Good communication and interpersonal skills required \- Confident, target\-oriented, and willing to learn \- Comfortable working in an international sales environment
