Roles and Responsibilities
- *Areas of activity:** **Signages, POP, Outdoor, Exhibition, In\-store branding,** **Packaging \& Manuals and Market Research.**
- **To plan and execute product promotion** with specific focus on Below The Line (BTL) activities In\-store Branding, Outdoor, Catalogues, Exhibition etc.
- **To develop and implement marketing strategies** to meet organizational objectives.
- **Marketing / Brand plan** development and implementation.
- **Constant updation relating to market conditions and analysis of competitor activity** and co\-ordinate with Sr. Manager Marketing.
- **Conduct periodical market research** and to evaluate the product promotion based on the same.
- **Signages** \- To maintain visibility of the brand across India and execute according to the requirements \& co\-ordination with branches and all Dealer retail outlets \& Co\-ordination with Design Agency for artworks.
- **POPs** \- Co\-ordination with Agency for design and handling suppliers for printing, distributing for branches and outlets, Tracking the supply of POPs and POS at all dealer Points across India and updating the supply and responses also updating Literatures from time to time. To ensure latest updation are updated in POP materials.
- **Outdoor** \- Executing Campaigns Like Conducting Road shows, Association with all On ground marketing activities implementing new trends in Out of Home marketing.
- **Exhibitions** \- Design and Execution of Stall design Fabrication and Promotions pan India. Must ensure usage of ready\-made stalls.
- **In\-store branding** \- To plan, design \& execute In\-store branding (space booking, measurement, distribution of Dummies, Signages \& POP, exhibition \& outdoor materials) across India in Co\-ordination with Branches, Agency \& Suppliers.
- **Packaging and Manuals** \- Design Packaging for all products, content updations in manuals, Packaging etc.
- **Design \& Sales Promotion** \- To make use of Design Assistant for designing of Flyers, Catalogues, Packaging etc.
- **To develop and execute the Below The Line campaigns** in co\-ordination with the marketing agencies.
- **Implementing marketing plan**, changes when required.
- **Evaluating the effectiveness** of the sales promotional activities.
- **Brand Management** \- Co\-ordinate with directors, suppliers, Branch Managers / Head for brand Management.
- To handle all India Promoters
- **MIS Reports** \- Preparation of MIS Reports for the management.
Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
