Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and prospect new customers through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Customer Meetings \& Presentations
- Schedule and conduct face\-to\-face meetings with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Account Management
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross\-selling opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
Proposal \& Quotation Management
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Follow up on proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Customer Support \& Follow\-Up
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with support teams.
- Ensure timely payment collections where applicable.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and email communication.
Preferred for IT Products \& Solutions Sales
- Knowledge of networking products, IT hardware, software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Experience dealing with corporate clients, schools, colleges, hospitals, government organizations, and SMEs.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate with pre\-sales teams.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
