P4 Lead - FP&A

The FP&A team is central to PayU's financial strategy, driving data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment by collaborating with the CFO, business finance, and controller leaders. As a P4 Lead in FP&A, you will serve as a critical bridge between financial analysis and strategic business planning. Reporting to a senior team member, your responsibilities encompass building sophisticated financial models, performing variance analysis, and generating actionable insights that influence company-wide performance. You will optimize forecasting processes, contribute to budgeting cycles, and provide detailed analytical support to senior stakeholders.
